    I’ve been trying to change my items since last week, they don’t answer. Now I’ll cancel because of this problems. The costumers service doesn’t exist. They never answer the phone, never return our calls. I’ve tried instagram, phone, emails. It’s seems impossible to talk to this guys, they just want our money

    Same here. I canceled today. I’ve been with them 2 years.

    okay, here's the thing. The idea of this sounds super appealing, however, the fact that the website only puts out their new stuff on days 1-5 of the month means the website ALWAYS crashes meaning you have to go to customer service to get anything done. I went through customer service and they still didn't get my order right meaning I was forced to skip the month. No money back, no refund, not even a ~oops, sorry about that~. The website itself doesn't even have a review for the service, only reviews for the product. The product is actually pretty nice and soft but you won't get what you want/are paying for. Have fun being on hold with customer service all day.

    Yep!! No customer service! Called, emailed, no replies. Not sure when they went sour because I’ve had the subscription for a long time but I ended it.
