Wool socks
I was pretty bummed about my last order of wool socks from that company's website. The site was a mess to get through and just didn't work right. When I tried to get some help from customer service, they were totally unprofessional and not helpful at all. It's just so annoying to get this kind of bad service from a company that's supposed to be all about quality products.

Cancelled Spartan Race
Man, I was so bummed out because I registered for this Spartan Race but it got canceled due to Covid. Then they said they'd give me a voucher, but let me tell you, getting it was a real hassle! I had to message them a bunch of times and it felt like it took forever for them to actually send it over. And to top it off, when I ordered some things from their website, it took forever for it to arrive and I had to pay extra for customs fees. Not cool, dude.

Shoes at great price with free shipping
I was so excited to score the perfect pair of shoes at an awesome price on Shoebacca. I actually got two different pairs because I wasn't too sure about the fit. The fact that I could easily return the pair that didn't fit for free was a total game-changer. The customer service was amazing, they really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I'll definitely be thinking of Shoebacca next time I need some new kicks.
