Business banking solution
I recently decided to switch to a different business banking solution because of my experience with my current one. Setting up an account was easy and the features were okay, but I've run into some big issues that are affecting my business. The bank has gone offline unexpectedly for hours at a time, causing delays and problems with my transactions. When I tried to send invoices through the platform, my clients had trouble downloading the PDFs, leading to confusion and late payments. Also, scheduled invoices didn't go out when they were supposed to, throwing off my business routine.<br><br>Overall, my time with this platform has been frustrating, especially with the poor customer service. I've had a hard time getting help with the technical glitches I've encountered, pushing me to look for a different, more dependable business banking option.
