Setting up account
Setting up my account was super easy, like it didn't even take long at all. Everything's been good and I haven't had any issues with it messing up my allowance money or anything like that. The only thing is, when I deposit checks using the app, it takes a little while for the money to show up in my account. Sometimes it's pending, then it clears but gets moved to reserves? I don't really understand it and it's hard to know when exactly my money will be in my account. But besides that, everything is really easy to use.

The only hiccup I ran into was trying to log in through my browser. Even though they had email listed as an option for the authentication code, I ended up having to go with text messages instead. The new customer service phone number is alright, but every time I talk to them, they just tell me to ask my questions through the app, so the phone call seems kinda useless. On the plus side, they do respond pretty quickly through the app, so that's good at least.
