    placed an order online on April 16th. On April 28th, I still hadn't gotten any updates on my order so I emailed customer service. They responded with "We will look into this. Once we have more information we will update you by email." 8 DAYS LATER I still HAD NOT gotten any updates. I called customer service and was transferred but never talked to after 20 min. So I emailed and got this reply "We are very sorry for this delay it seems the order was cancelled at this time. We were not able to fulfill this order and you should not be charged. Due to COVID-19 we are trying our best to keep up with messages and shipping of items with limited staff. Again very sorry for this delay. Please take this coupon code for next future purchase of 20% off non-sale item."

    DO NOT BLAME COVID-19 on your poor customer service. I'm not upset that the items didn't ship. I'm upset that you don't understand the value of a customer. Don't "stay open" if you can't manage your customers properly. Asking a customer to be patient is 24-48 hours...not weeks.
