Washing machine
Before purchasing my washing machine, I told my sales person Robert Renalds that I work at 3pm on to midnight,and requested to have delivery in the mornings or early afternoon, my scheduled delivery to confirm was between 2pm-6pm, bits based on zip code , I’ve called delivery and they can’t help me out , I called customer service they couldn’t resolved the situation , I then called customer service, after waiting serval minutes for a representative , they hung up on me . I’m never ever going to buy anything from BrandsMart ever again . Problem never responded or resolved. They just don’t care !!! Out of 5 stars , they don’t deserve even 1 star and you can’t even press on 1 star for the review , it starts you off on 2 stars . This place ic a joke
