the hair arrived in a bad condition. they had split ends, were dry and discolored. In addition, the size was much too big. i contacted evawigs directly with photos and videos. They were of the opinion the hair does not deviate:D after long discussions I got 70% back. I also had to pay for shipping to china for 47 euros. once and never again.
