Ordered wig
I ordered a wig online, but man, when I got it, it was way off from what I was expecting! The bangs were all tangled, and the top of the wig had these short, spiky hairs sticking out. I even sent them some pics, but haven't heard a peep back yet. Such a letdown!
Natural hair wig
This company is a total disaster. I was so pumped to get my wig, but man, it turned into a total nightmare. They completely ghosted me when the delivery date passed. I had to hunt them down on different sites, only to be met with silence. Can you believe they even deleted my comments on social media? It wasn't until I took matters into my own hands and opened a dispute that they bothered to reach out. And when they finally did, they fed me a bunch of lies, saying I had to close the dispute to get my money back. Turns out, that was all a lie, and they were just trying to stall. They've been so unprofessional and shady throughout this whole mess. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.

The wigs I bought seemed so dope online, but when I got them, they were way off from the pics. Honestly felt like a total rip-off, so I wouldn't suggest shopping here.
Hairpiece purchase
I bought a hairpiece from this company and I totally regretted it. I asked for a refund just 36 hours after buying it, and even though they said they would give me my money back, I never got it. I waited for 2 months and then had to go to PayPal to finally get my refund. This company is a total scam, don't buy anything from them!
Custom wig order
I ordered a custom wig from this company not too long ago and I'm super bummed about the whole thing. They keep saying they're working on it, but it's been months and I still don't have it. Trying to get a refund through PayPal hasn't gotten me anywhere, and the customer service team is not being much help. I would strongly advise staying away from this company.
Quick delivery, inaccurate product
I bought a wig from this company and man was I let down. The wig they sent me was not at all what I was expecting. It was super low quality and honestly looked like something you'd find in a bargain Halloween store. I was really bummed because I needed it for a specific event and now I can't even use it. So disappointing. Total waste of my hard-earned cash. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of ordering from this company.
Hair purchase disappointment
I recently bought something from this company and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. Back in the day, I used to be all about their wigs, but now they're just not the same. The quality has seriously gone downhill, the wigs don't look anything like they do in the pictures, and their customer service is just terrible. Trying to get a refund from them is a nightmare, so be ready to go through a bunch of hoops to get your money back.
Wrong product, poor quality, difficult refund process
I got a wig from this company, but what I got was not at all what they advertised. The wig was low quality and had a weird smell to it. When I tried to send it back, they said I had to fork over $18 for shipping, even though it wasn't my fault. Dealing with them to get a refund was a real pain, and I'm not optimistic about actually getting my money back. Stay away from this company, trust me.

I bought a wig from this one company and they sent me the wrong thing. It was terrible quality. I tried emailing their customer service a bunch of times but never heard back. Such a waste of money, I was so let down.
Lace Front Wig
I can't believe I wasted my time and money on this company. I should have known better after reading all those terrible reviews. The product never showed up, the customer service was no help at all, and they said they'd give me a refund but it never happened. It's just not right for a company to do business like that. If I could give them zero stars, I would!
Wig
the hair arrived in a bad condition. they had split ends, were dry and discolored. In addition, the size was much too big. i contacted evawigs directly with photos and videos. They were of the opinion the hair does not deviate:D after long discussions I got 70% back. I also had to pay for shipping to china for 47 euros. once and never again.

Quality is not good. Looks polyester and smells like fish.
Hair quality is bad, wig is oily and did not receive help from customer service, that suggests to ship item back with no return label and 30% off purchased price. This company should not sell here, photos do not match the product. Buy somewhere locally.Cheers. A good amount of postings.
