Bench quality
While I was at the store, I couldn't help but notice that the employees weren't really paying attention to what they were doing. They were stepping all over the benches with their dirty shoes and chatting so loudly with each other. I gotta say, as a customer, it didn't look very professional and it turned me off a bit. On top of that, the music in the background was blaring and fast-paced, making it hard to focus and make good decisions about what to buy. I think if they toned it down a bit and created a more chill vibe, it would be better for everyone.

Full price sandal purchase
I bought a sandal from this company at full price and it was a super letdown. When I got them, they didn't fit right so I wanted to return them. Turns out, the website only gave me the option for exchanges or a different pair of shoes, no refunds. I was so annoyed and felt like I got tricked. I tried emailing their customer service but got no response. They didn't even have a phone number to talk to a real person, which made me even more irritated. Overall, my time with this company was awful and I'd warn others to steer clear to avoid all the hassle and disappointment.
