Gift card issue
I had a problem with a gift card that looked expired when I tried to use it. But when I reached out to customer support, they helped me out by extending the expiration date. I was really impressed by how fast and helpful they were in solving my issue. It's awesome to know there are companies out there that care about their customers and do whatever it takes to make sure we're happy.
