False discount
I had a really bad experience with this brand. They said there was a discount on their website, but when I tried to pay, it got canceled out of nowhere. I contacted Customer Service to ask why, and all they said was "sorry, no discounts available." And to top it off, I messaged them on Instagram a week ago and still haven't heard back.
Express delivery for upcoming event
That was a terrible experience. I shelled out extra for express delivery for a special event, and after 4 long days of waiting with no word, I found out they thought my order was fraudulent. Even after trying to get in touch with them for an update, they left me hanging with no communication and only gave me a refund a whole week later. Can't even believe their customer service.
Expensive jewelry
I ordered this really pricey jewelry from a website and they totally screwed up my order. They split it into two packages and the first one only had one earring when it should've been a pair, like seriously? I contacted their customer service and they took forever to reply and seemed like they didn't give a dang about my problem. I'm super frustrated and let down, all I want is a refund and I'm never shopping on this site again.
Overpriced rings
I messed up big time by not checking reviews first before I went and spent way too much on some rings from this place. Let me tell you, not only did I feel totally ripped off by the crazy prices, but the customer service was seriously the worst. I tried getting in touch multiple times but never heard back from them. Even on social media, all they did was send me some generic message about passing my complaint along to management. Do yourself a favor and keep your money safe by staying far away from this place.
"Jewelry clasps a disaster!"
The clasp on this necklace is so frustratingly impossible to open, even after watching a how-to video. And don't even get me started on the size of the gems - they're so tiny that you practically need a magnifying glass to see them! My overall experience with this piece has been a major letdown.
Clasps and tarnishing issues
The clasps on these jewelry pieces are just terrible, they keep coming undone and it stresses me out thinking I might lose something. Plus, they tarnish really easily which is frustrating considering how much they cost.
