Express delivery for upcoming event
That was a terrible experience. I shelled out extra for express delivery for a special event, and after 4 long days of waiting with no word, I found out they thought my order was fraudulent. Even after trying to get in touch with them for an update, they left me hanging with no communication and only gave me a refund a whole week later. Can't even believe their customer service.

Beautiful bags, attentive staff
I went to the store on Rue Sainte Anne the other day and I gotta say, they have some really nice bags. The staff, especially Francois, was super helpful and knew their stuff. They helped me pick out the perfect bag for what I needed. The whole shopping experience was great and I would totally suggest this store to anyone.

I bought a necklace from Gems and Joy and it was absolutely gorgeous! It was even better in person than online, with top-notch quality. Ordering was easy and the staff provided great customer service. The pricing was fair for such a high-quality piece. The only bummer was that the delivery took longer than I thought, but it was worth it. Overall, I had a great shopping experience at Gems and Joy and I'll definitely shop there again for more jewelry in the future.

Lobster order gone wrong
So, I was all excited to have a lobster for my birthday back in December, but guess what? It never made it to my door! I was checking the tracking info every day, and it kept saying it would be there the next day. I reached out to them through email, and they offered to send me another lobster at half price, but that's still pretty pricey. I asked for a refund, but they turned me down. Talk about lousy business!

I bought a curtain rod that ended up being messed up. When I contacted customer service, Darla's response wasn't helpful whatsoever. The email I got felt like a slap in the face rather than a real apology. It's frustrating that the return/exchange policy didn't help with my situation.
