Eco-friendly laundry egg
I was really looking forward to trying out this eco-friendly laundry egg from the company, because I'm always trying to do my part to help the environment. But, honestly, I was pretty let down by how it all turned out. The laundry egg is supposed to clean clothes without needing regular detergent, but I just didn't feel like my clothes were as clean or fresh as usual. I gave it a few tries, but every time, the results were just not up to par. On top of that, the egg itself started falling apart after a few uses, which was a bummer because it was supposed to last a long time. All in all, I wasn't happy with how this product performed.

Faulty item replacement
This company is amazing! Their products are top-notch, and their customer service is exceptional. I had a product that was faulty, and they quickly and kindly replaced it. It's not often you come across a company that truly cares about its customers. Great job, keep up the fantastic work!
