Air ticket purchase
I recently bought an airplane ticket from this travel company and it was a total nightmare. I filled out everything they asked for and paid with my credit card, but the transaction didn't go through. I tried reaching out for help using their online chat, but the people there weren't very helpful. All they did was send me info I could have easily found on their site. Now, I'm worried I might still get charged for a ticket I never even got confirmed. It was a total waste of time and now I don't trust this company anymore.
