I am a blogger and very frequent on travelling .
But not this time. I am in New Delhi since long time ,some times around March 20.
One travel is not new for me.Hopefully they can find me in their records.
I didn't travel anywhere since March .Reason is very clear.Taking precautions as best as possible.
But I can say me and my colleagues use this agency for air bookings .I know them since 2015

OMG, today was amazing! I had such a great time exploring this awesome place with my family. The State Department Bureau was super interesting, and the Latinos there were so friendly and fun. I'm disappointed to say that paying for my trip wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. My card didn't go through, so I had to book through a different agency. The customer service at this place was amazing! They were really quick to help me out and even willing to negotiate to make me happy. And when my phone dropped the call, they called me back right away. Super attentive! The only downside was that they were in a different time zone all the way in Australia.

I was pretty bummed about how my travel booking turned out using this service. It was a pain trying to update my personal info like my address and phone number on their website. Also, I accidentally ended up making a new customer number when I already had one, and combining them was a hassle. Plus, there wasn't enough info on some of the hotels they had, so I couldn't figure out stuff like if they had parking. Even though I paid extra for these seats, neither the airline nor the travel company took responsibility for the mess-up or tried to fix it. Dealing with their lack of accountability and terrible customer service made my trip super frustrating and disappointing.
