I am a blogger and very frequent on travelling .
But not this time. I am in New Delhi since long time ,some times around March 20.
One travel is not new for me.Hopefully they can find me in their records.
I didn't travel anywhere since March .Reason is very clear.Taking precautions as best as possible.
But I can say me and my colleagues use this agency for air bookings .I know them since 2015

I usually don't book stuff online, but let me tell you, this time was a breeze. The price was right, the booking process was super easy, and I got a confirmation email right away. All in all, I'm really happy with how everything turned out.
Hotel booking mishap
I was trying to book a hotel room, but the first one I found wasn't great so I had to cancel. I then booked another one, but I accidentally got the dates wrong, so I had to pay extra and get a refund.

Our stay at a hotel we booked using your service was really disappointing. We tried reaching out for help but no one got back to us. We had to leave the hotel and spend extra money on another place to stay. They said we'd get a refund, but we're still waiting for it. I recently bought an airplane ticket from this travel company and it was a total nightmare. I filled out everything they asked for and paid with my credit card, but the transaction didn't go through. I tried reaching out for help using their online chat, but the people there weren't very helpful. All they did was send me info I could have easily found on their site. Now, I'm worried I might still get charged for a ticket I never even got confirmed. It was a total waste of time and now I don't trust this company anymore.
Flight booking with rewards
I called to book my flight, thinking it would be a good idea since I had some miles rewards to use. But guess what, the price they quoted me on the phone was $87.99 more than what I saw online! Can you believe that? Ended up booking it for the online price of $308.00, but couldn't even use my One Travel Credit because my miles rewards didn't count for anything. Pretty bummed about the whole situation, to be honest.
Approved credit card purchase
I was really pumped to use my new credit card on this website 'cause they said I'd get a discount, but once I signed up and got accepted, they ended up charging me the whole price plus some extra! That was such a letdown! I gotta figure out what went wrong. On the plus side, that site was way cheaper compared to Priceline, Expedia, and Cheap Tickets that I looked at.
Flight booking for upcoming vacation
My experience with this website was a huge letdown. I was really looking forward to booking my flight for my upcoming vacation, but once I punched in my credit card info, I got a bad feeling. Something about the website just seemed off, so I did some digging and turns out, it's been called out for being a total scam. I quickly canceled my booking and got in touch with my bank to make sure everything was safe. I definitely wouldn't suggest using this website to book any travel plans.
Travel ticket purchase
I just used my travel card to buy tickets for my husband and me for our next trip. But, ugh, his ticket didn't go through, and it was such a pain. There wasn't any help or explanation, so we were left feeling frustrated and kind of lost. It just made booking everything way harder than it needed to be.
