The customer service at this company is a total disaster. I mean, seriously, I have never seen such incompetence and lack of professionalism in my life. They close tickets without fixing anything, you can't get anyone on the phone, and all you get are these cookie-cutter responses that don't help at all. It's like trying to get blood from a stone to find out what's going on with your ticket, especially if it's been hanging around for a month. And can you believe they have the nerve to close tickets without actually fixing the problem? And forget about escalating things, they don't do anything about it. Save yourself some trouble and stay far away from this company. There are definitely better game companies with better products and service out there. Someone needs to look into what's going on at Ubisoft, because this is ridiculous.
