Faulty Watch Return
I bought a watch from WatchFinder, but it didn't work for me. My bad for not checking it out beforehand. What really impressed me was the amazing customer service I got from WatchFinder. At first, my calls were being ignored, which was irritating. But then, out of the blue, I got not just one, but five callbacks and emails from two different people, all trying to help me return the watch. That kind of dedication to customer service is really impressive and deserves some recognition.
