Defective hair removal unit
This company is a total scam. I bought their hair removal device in April 2021 and it was defective. I tried contacting them several times to get a refund or exchange, but they completely ignored me and I still haven't gotten my money back. Their customer service is terrible and the lack of communication is just unacceptable. Save your money and don't buy anything from this company.
