After checking out a bunch of reviews online, I decided to give the eyebrow hair removal service a shot. And let me tell you, I was blown away by the results! I have been using it for a two months now. It took some time to reach my doors, some late delivery but it was sorted, also not worried because got some really good product here, solving my problems for good.
Removing hair from the body never been so much easy, no stress, no pain and again no side-effects which used to be bummber in the cases of such miraculous products.

Hair removal device purchase
I wouldn't recommend spending your money on this hair removal device. It definitely didn't live up to its advertised claims. I was really let down by the product, and when I contacted customer service about getting a refund, they were totally unhelpful. I only bought it because of the 90-day guarantee, but they made it so hard to actually get a refund within that timeframe. Do yourself a favor and find a different solution for hair removal.
Bundle purchase
I recently bought a bundle of 3 items from this company and man, all three items were DOA. Can you believe that? Not only were they not even working, but the packaging they came in was totally unsafe and probably caused the damage. It seems like they did it on purpose to make it look like the items got messed up during shipping, just so they wouldn't have to give me a refund or replacement. And let me tell you, the quality and material of the products were super cheap, which just added to my disappointment. I really suggest that anyone thinking of buying from this company checks the reviews first and maybe even goes ahead and disputes the charge with their credit card company, you know, to save their hard-earned money.

I'm really disappointed with my Kenzzi. I got it on Black Friday and it was broken. I've reached out to them twice via email for help, but no one has responded. Why don't they have a phone number? It's frustrating!
International purchase, hidden taxes
My recent experience with this company has not been great. I thought I was getting a good deal on an item, but then I was hit with unexpected taxes. As an EU customer, my package got stuck at customs until I shelled out the extra cash for taxes and service fees. It was annoying not knowing about those charges upfront, and the fact that they took so long to give me a receipt just made things worse. I ended up paying an extra 62€ to get my hands on the item, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. When I tried to return it for a refund, they gave me a hard time and said no. I was really disappointed by their lack of flexibility and customer service. Plus, I found out the item came straight from China with a different price tag than what I paid, which makes me question their pricing practices. Faulty product, unresponsive customer service
I just bought something from this company and it came broken, didn't even work. I tried emailing customer service a bunch of times, but all I got back was a lame reply saying they'll get back to me. Seems like they don't really care about fixing the problem. So now I've gotta call my credit card company to see if I can get my money back. It's really frustrating to see a company act like this.
Influenced Purchase
I bought something after seeing recommendations from influencers on Feb 20th. But I haven't gotten any updates on my order since then. I sent an email on Feb 27th asking about it, but I haven't heard back yet. It's pretty frustrating how this company is handling things. I probably should have checked reviews first, because it looks like others have had the same issues. Even though I'm worried, I'm still hoping my order shows up eventually. Ordered hair removal device
So check this out - I ordered that hair removal thing like a month ago, right? And guess what, it still hasn't shown up! I had to bug them a million times before they finally gave me a tracking number, but it turned out to be fake. I called the post office and they said they didn't have any package for me. I've been emailing them like crazy, seriously I could write a whole book with all those emails. And all they keep saying is they'll talk to their shipping people, but nothing ever happens. I straight up told them their service is terrible, but they just brushed it off. I even asked for a refund and they were like, sorry, no can do. Save yourself the hassle and stay away from them, seriously!

My experience with this online store has been really frustrating. I ordered something way back in January and it took more than two months for me to even get an update on where my package was. Then, when it finally got shipped, the delivery company hit me with a big bill for import taxes that I was never told about beforehand. That extra cost totally blindsided me and I was not happy about it. I tried to contact the company about it, but my emails just got ignored for weeks. The fact that they didn't keep me in the loop or tell me about these extra charges is really disappointing, especially after making me wait so long for my order. This company is a total scam. I bought their hair removal device in April 2021 and it was defective. I tried contacting them several times to get a refund or exchange, but they completely ignored me and I still haven't gotten my money back. Money wasted
I recently bought an IPL device from this company and it was a total disaster. First off, the website wouldn't let me make the purchase because I'm in South Africa. After a bunch of tries and contacting customer service, I finally got the order placed - which cost me a lot due to the exchange rate. But even though I gave them all my info, they sent my device to Hong Kong instead of South Africa. When I asked about the mistake, they gave me vague answers and then said they wouldn't refund me. It's like paying for Uber Eats and then having your food delivered to the wrong house with no refund. This company's behavior is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

I bought a laser hair removal device from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, I was super let down by the whole thing. Their customer service is basically non-existent because they haven't even bothered to reply to any of my emails about my order. I made the order back in March and still haven't heard anything about when it's coming or even tracking info. On top of all that, I paid with a pay in four plan, so now I can't even dispute the payment to try and get my money back. This whole thing just makes me feel like I got scammed and I'm beyond frustrated.
