Quick delivery Christmas present
I ordered a Christmas present back in November and paid extra for fast delivery, but it still hasn't shown up, even in January! The customer service folks were zero help, kept saying it was coming when the tracking app clearly showed it was stuck at some "routing partner hub." Stay away from this company, seriously.
My online order still hasnt arrived
Dang, you wouldn't believe it - my order still hasn't shown up! I've been sitting tight for what feels like ages now and it's starting to drive me nuts. It's been weeks since I placed my order and still no sign of it. And the cherry on top? There's no phone number to contact for assistance! I'm not kidding, if I don't get a response soon, I'm going to need a refund.
Laser hair removal kit
Since I started using the laser hair removal kit, I've also been using the acne and age spot treatment once a week. I'm starting to see my skin looking clearer and I've even gotten compliments on it. Someone even asked me if I was wearing foundation, but they were shocked when I told them it was just sunscreen. It's slow progress, but I can see my skin looking better overall.

So, I bought something from this company and wanted to return it without using it. I packed it all up real nice in one box, shelled out 20 bucks for shipping, and sent it back. But guess what? It's been weeks and I still haven't gotten my refund or the product returned to me. Even though I gave them the tracking number and proof that it had been delivered, the customer service folks said they only got some of it. I've tried reaching out a bunch of times, but still no luck getting my cash back. It really seems like I'm being scammed here.
Expensive hair removal device
I got this really awesome hair removal gadget that was supposed to leave my skin all smooth and soft, but it never arrived and I didn't even get an email notification! I reached out to them and they said it was on the way, but then suddenly it was put on hold. I asked them to cancel it, but it's like they're totally ignoring me! Ugh, it's so frustrating!
Broken device, deceptive money-back guarantee
My device was broken when I got it, seriously! I thought I could get my money back with the "money-back guarantee," but nope! They didn't give me a refund and just came up with some excuse why. It's so rude and shady, I'm beyond angry that I spent my money on this junk!
Overpromised shipping time
I placed an order a couple of weeks back and I still haven't gotten any updates on when it's gonna show up. They said it was gonna be a quick 3-5 day shipping deal, but clearly that's not the case. Trying to get in touch with them has been a total nightmare. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of buying from these guys.
