Self-driving truck technology purchase
I bought some self-driving truck technology from this company, but man, it was a letdown. The thing just didn't work like they said it would - always giving me trouble with glitches and breakdowns. And when I tried reaching out to customer service, they were basically useless. I couldn't get any help or solutions for my problems. On top of that, the price for the technology was way too high for the crappy quality of the product. To make matters worse, the delivery of the product kept getting pushed back, making things even more annoying. All in all, my time dealing with this company was pretty disappointing, and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.

International purchase, hidden taxes
My recent experience with this company has not been great. I thought I was getting a good deal on an item, but then I was hit with unexpected taxes. As an EU customer, my package got stuck at customs until I shelled out the extra cash for taxes and service fees. It was annoying not knowing about those charges upfront, and the fact that they took so long to give me a receipt just made things worse. I ended up paying an extra 62€ to get my hands on the item, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. When I tried to return it for a refund, they gave me a hard time and said no. I was really disappointed by their lack of flexibility and customer service. Plus, I found out the item came straight from China with a different price tag than what I paid, which makes me question their pricing practices. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company based on my experience.

Skincare products for granddaughter
I just bought two skincare products for my granddaughter from this company, but they turned out to not be right for her age. I contacted customer service and was really impressed with how quickly they got back to me and offered suggestions for products that would be better suited for her. Summer from customer service was on top of things and made sure I got the right products for my granddaughter. I think parents should definitely take a look at the website for product advice and recommendations.

I bought some Christmas gifts from Parfumdo recently, but my order got all messed up because the courier couldn't find my address. I tried contacting Parfumdo a bunch of times for help, but they didn't really respond much. It was really frustrating and overall just a letdown.

Matching family holiday PJs
I had to cancel my order three weeks after placing it never shipped. I had to request the cancel twice snd they finally canceled it, but never communicated this to me, I had to check their website again and noticed that request had finally been honored. I won’t order from here again.
