Ordered outdoor equipment online
I just ordered some outdoor gear online to pick up at the store, but let me tell you, it was a total mess. The item got delayed over and over again, which was super annoying. They said I could get it in a few days, but it ended up taking two whole weeks. Then, when I tried to reach out to customer service, it was all confusion and not getting straight answers. The whole situation was a nightmare and now I'm really second-guessing ordering from them in the future.
