Great customer service, quick shipping
I've bought stuff from this store a few times now, and every time, I've been super impressed by how good the stuff is and how nice the people are. Yeah, their shipping isn't as lightning-fast as Amazon Prime, but c'mon, shipping ain't free. The other day, I had to send back a couple things that were a little too big, and by mistake, I tossed in a shirt that I actually wanted to keep. I reached out to customer service, and let me tell you, Nikki was awesome. She promised to look out for the shirt when they got my return and keep me posted. And you know what? She totally did! She shot me an email as soon as they found the shirt, repackaged it, and sent it back to me without charging me a dime. That level of service went way beyond what I was expecting.
