Great customer service, quick shipping
I've bought stuff from this store a few times now, and every time, I've been super impressed by how good the stuff is and how nice the people are. Yeah, their shipping isn't as lightning-fast as Amazon Prime, but c'mon, shipping ain't free. The other day, I had to send back a couple things that were a little too big, and by mistake, I tossed in a shirt that I actually wanted to keep. I reached out to customer service, and let me tell you, Nikki was awesome. She promised to look out for the shirt when they got my return and keep me posted. And you know what? She totally did! She shot me an email as soon as they found the shirt, repackaged it, and sent it back to me without charging me a dime. That level of service went way beyond what I was expecting.

This was my first time ordering from this company and let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised. A friend told me about the site, and even though I didn't check the reviews first, I thought, why not? I bought the elegance and grace ivory maxi dress on a Friday, and I was so happy when it showed up in just a week. When I tried it on, I was amazed by how nice the fabric was, how well it fit me, and how good it looked on. It was exactly like the picture, and I felt like a queen in it. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Clothing quality
I gotta say, I'm totally in love with the quality of the clothes from this store. The fabric is amazing, the stitching is on point, and the styles are always right on trend. Oh my gosh, I ordered this super cute LoveShackFancy dress and it arrived so fast! It was like getting a Christmas present in advance! The packaging was amazing and the dress was in perfect shape. I'm so excited to wear it for my next big event. Red Dress really came through when LoveShackFancy was all sold out. I'm super thankful for their fantastic service and speedy delivery. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again!
Dress purchase
The dress I bought was such a letdown. The material was so cheap, I swear it would fall apart if I wore it just once. And don't even get me started on the shipping. It took forever to arrive, and then I was hit with this random customs charge out of nowhere. It felt like a sneaky, last-minute fee that just added insult to injury. I was so mad that I had to pay even more money for something that was already not worth it. I definitely won't be buying from them again, and I'd tell anyone else to stay away unless they want to be let down and tricked.

I bought some clothes from that store and man, they were really disappointing. The quality was awful, nothing like what I saw on the website. And when I wanted to return them and get my money back, it was such a pain. I had to fight for it. Overall, not a good experience at all.
Dress purchase with misleading return policy
I bought something at this cute little shop thinking that if the dress didn't fit, I could just return it. But surprise, surprise - turns out they switched up their return policy without even letting me know. So, when I reached out to customer service to get my money back, they hit me with the news that they don't do refunds anymore, only exchanges. Talk about a letdown! Just a heads up for all you fellow shoppers out there - once you buy something from this place, that's it, no turning back. So make sure you really love it before you hand over your cash!
Sequined skirt ordered, medium size
I got my wife a sparkly skirt that I thought would be great on her, did all the research to pick the right size, even asked others who bought it before, and settled on a medium. I paid extra for rush shipping but it still arrived late. And when it finally got here, the zipper was a struggle and ripped off some sequins. Red Dress wouldn't give me a refund or send a new one, they said it was final sale and blamed the vendor for sizing differences. I'm never shopping there again.
Sparkly dress
OMG, I bought this sparkly dress thinking it would get here in 3 days, but it totally didn't! I emailed them about it and they were all like, "Sorry, you can pay more for shipping and maybe get it on time." Ugh, so annoying!
Final Sale items
I've been coming to this store for a while, and I've always loved their clothes. People used to compliment my cute outfits all the time, and I even referred my friends here. But I recently bought some Final Sale items and I'm not happy. Two of them had big problems - one looked used and the other had a messed-up seam. When I asked for help, they said I could get store credit, which I took. But then they took out $8 for shipping without telling me first, even though their website said something different. When I asked about it, they said it was a one-time thing, making me feel like I was being punished for their mistakes. All this sneaky stuff and changing rules has made me really lose faith in this brand.
Dresses
I bought some dresses from this store recently, and I gotta say, I wasn't too happy with how things went down. The shipping fees were crazy high - $17! And on top of that, the return policy only gives store credit, no cash refunds. Not cool. The dresses I got were also way too short and kinda made me question the quality of the stuff they're selling. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone after my not-so-great experience.
Overpriced, Poor Quality Clothing
I had such a bad time shopping at this boutique. The owner was so rude and dismissive, it made me feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable. And don't even get me started on the prices and quality of the clothes - way overpriced and low quality. I could find much better stuff for way cheaper somewhere else. I wouldn't suggest anyone shop here.
Misleading FINAL SALE advertisements
Hey, just a heads up if you're thinking about buying from this site! I got sucked in by their FINAL SALE deals and thought once something was sold out on sale, it was gone for good. But then I saw the items I bought restocked at an even lower price. It felt like a bit of a scam, especially when they had a sitewide sale going on. When I complained to customer service, they just dismissed me and made me feel like I was in the wrong. It's really frustrating to see a company pull these sneaky moves in their marketing.
Refund discrepancy issue
I had a bit of a problem with this company about a refund mix-up. I sent back something I bought and was looking to get all my money back. Turns out, I ended up seeing $17 less than what I paid on my refund. So, I reached out to customer service to get some answers. But, the person I talked to couldn't really explain why there was a difference. It left me feeling pretty bummed and not too happy with how they dealt with it.
