Memory Card
I ordered a memory card on December 29th and they told me it would be ready by January 6th. But, when I checked in mid-January, they said it wasn't in stock and they were expecting it by the end of the month. When I followed up on February 17th, they said it was sent out the week before, even though I was supposed to pick it up in-store on the 18th. I got a call at 5 o'clock saying it wasn't shipped, but it was actually in the store. Despite the confusion, I want to thank MemoryC for finally sorting it all out.

Gel Blaster
Dude, I was super excited to finally get my Gel Blaster! The price was fair, especially after using that coupon. But man, the communication was slow. It took forever to get a response, whether it was a question or just chit-chat. And shipping was a whole other mess. The label took forever to get made, and then it sat for days before actually moving. And then FedEx threw a curveball and delayed it even more! Ugh, just waiting on my Gel Blaster to arrive now.

Refund discrepancy issue
I had a bit of a problem with this company about a refund mix-up. I sent back something I bought and was looking to get all my money back. Turns out, I ended up seeing $17 less than what I paid on my refund. So, I reached out to customer service to get some answers. But, the person I talked to couldn't really explain why there was a difference. It left me feeling pretty bummed and not too happy with how they dealt with it.
