MemoryC refund issue
I had a bad experience with MemoryC recently. I had to reach out to them because DHL Express slapped me with an unexpected customs charge for my order. It was annoying to have to shell out extra money to get my stuff delivered to England. But, I gotta say, MemoryC's customer service was on top of things. They got back to me right away and gave me a refund for the charge. They even went the extra mile and checked with DHL to figure out why the extra fee was tacked on. Overall, their service was solid, but it would have been nice if the delivery process had been smoother.
Camera bag purchase
I just got a new camera bag from this store, and man, I gotta say, I am super impressed with the whole experience. The price was almost 30% cheaper (even with shipping) than what I could find locally, and the shipping was crazy fast. It came through DHL, and even though there was a little mix-up with the labeling that caused a slight hold-up at customs, the bag still made it in under 10 days, weekends included. Plus, the quality of the camera bag is awesome - exactly like they said on the website. I'll definitely be coming back for all my camera accessory needs.
RAM purchase, excellent customer service
I just bought some RAM from these guys and let me tell you, their customer service is top-notch. Last year, I got some RAM from them for £300 and I totally forgot to choose fast shipping. But when I reached out to their online chat support, they hooked me up with next day shipping at no extra cost. Fast forward to now, and the RAM I bought got messed up. I got in touch with their customer service, and they swapped it out for me in just 2 weeks, no big deal. Their online chat support really saved the day, especially since they're around late into the evening.
CPU, RAM, Case fan
I ordered my stuff this morning and swung by the office to grab it before noon. Everything went super smoothly and I got all the parts I was looking for - CPU, RAM, and a case fan. I'd been watching that CPU like a hawk for days and saw it go out of stock, but luckily it came back in by 10am. I didn't waste any time snagging it before it disappeared again. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and I'll definitely be coming back for more upgrades. The crew was friendly and the whole shopping deal was easy-peasy.
Speaker return
So, I had to return this speaker I got from this place, and I was totally bummed because it wasn't what I needed. But, the customer service was amazing! They arranged for DPD to come pick it up from my house, which was really nice. I've never had such a great experience with a return before, you know?
Memory Card
I ordered a memory card on December 29th and they told me it would be ready by January 6th. But, when I checked in mid-January, they said it wasn't in stock and they were expecting it by the end of the month. When I followed up on February 17th, they said it was sent out the week before, even though I was supposed to pick it up in-store on the 18th. I got a call at 5 o'clock saying it wasn't shipped, but it was actually in the store. Despite the confusion, I want to thank MemoryC for finally sorting it all out.
4tb Seagate Ironwolf Hard Drives
The re-stock of those 4tb Seagate Ironwolf Hard Drives ended up taking a bit longer than I thought, with a 5-day delay tacked on. But hey, when the delivery finally came from Ireland, where the company's located, it was actually pretty timely. Plus, the tracking info they gave me was spot-on and up-to-date. So far, the hard drives I bought are doing a great job. All in all, my experience was good and I'd totally suggest this company because of their awesome prices.
Thermal paste for priority delivery
I wouldn't pay too much attention to the bad reviews, my experience was great. I ordered some thermal paste and got it delivered super quickly, since it was in stock locally here in Ireland. The price was fair and the product arrived just in time when I really needed it. Even though some reviews had me a bit worried, my order went smoothly. If you're just getting something small that's easy to find, this company seems pretty dependable.
HDD enclosure
I bought an HDD enclosure from MemoryC and I gotta say, I was really impressed with the whole thing. It showed up right on time and was well-packed to make sure it didn't get banged up during shipping. When I opened it, I could tell right away that it was top-notch quality. Unlike some other ones I've tried, this enclosure kept my hard drive snug and secure without any wiggling around, so it fit just right.
RAM upgrade for laptop
At first, I was kinda bummed about my experience with MemoryC. I ordered a RAM upgrade for my laptop, but got annoyed because I didn't know if the product was available when I checked out. But when I contacted customer service, they got back to me and cleared things up. Luckily, the product came back in stock soon after, so I snagged it at the same price. The delivery was fast and I was happy with the product.
Priority shipping for PC items
I just bought some stuff for my computer from this company, and let me tell you, I was super impressed with the service. I had originally ordered the same items from another place, but they never came through for me. But when I ordered from MemoryC and chose priority shipping, I got my stuff the very next day. That kind of speed is what makes this company stand out from the others.
Laptop memory upgrade
I just got a laptop memory upgrade from this shop, and let me tell you, the service was amazing. Kim, the lady who assisted me, was truly a gem. She was so nice, very patient, and knew her stuff inside and out. It takes a special kind of person to handle all kinds of customers, and Kim nailed it. She made everything so simple and smooth. I definitely suggest checking out this place for any memory needs you have.
