Auto renewal issue resolved
I recently ran into an issue with a product I bought before that automatically renewed without me realizing. I reached out to customer service to see if they could help, since I forgot to turn off the auto-renewal. The rep told me they actually sent a notification a week before the renewal, but it ended up in my spam folder which made refunding a bit tough.<br><br>Even though I explained my tight budget as a student, the customer service team was quick to respond and graciously offered me a full refund. I really appreciated their understanding and how fast they were able to fix the problem.
