Quick converter needed
I needed a quick converter for my project and thought I'd give this product a try again after a couple of years. The software has definitely improved with more features and it was easy to use. However, I ran into some issues when trying to register the product after purchasing it. I reached out to their help support email and got a quick and helpful response from an actual person. They even followed up to make sure my problem was solved, which I thought was a nice touch. Auto renewal issue resolved
I recently ran into an issue with a product I bought before that automatically renewed without me realizing. I reached out to customer service to see if they could help, since I forgot to turn off the auto-renewal. The rep told me they actually sent a notification a week before the renewal, but it ended up in my spam folder which made refunding a bit tough.<br><br>Even though I explained my tight budget as a student, the customer service team was quick to respond and graciously offered me a full refund. Screen recording software
I recently bought this screen recording software and let me tell you, it's the best one I've ever come across. Blu-ray player purchase
The Blu-ray player I bought was a total disaster! It doesn't have any menus, so it's impossible to access the bonus features. And when it comes to TV shows, all the episodes are just lumped together, making it a real nightmare to find the one you're looking for. On top of all that, I've been trying to get a refund for the past two weeks (supposed to be done within 14 days), but they flat out told me no (which is completely against the law). I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! I suggest staying far away!
Video repair software purchase
I bought a video repair software from this one studio not too long ago because I needed to fix a choppy video I shot on my smartphone. The free version only let me watch the first 10 seconds of the video, so I decided to pay for a 1-month subscription since they promised a "30-day money back guarantee." I tried fixing the video, but it finished super quickly, almost too quickly to actually repair the file. It was a big file, over 300 MB. I reached out to their support team and they checked it out with their R&D group, but they came back saying their software was fine and couldn't fix my video.
AnyMP4 player key.
I ran into the same problem as another person when I got my new laptop and tried to use my player key. The system said it was already in use and I couldn't register it. But thankfully, the awesome software support team was able to fix it for me. Now, I can keep on using my player on the new computer. It's really user-friendly and has all the features I need without being overly complicated. I'm really happy with it!
DVD and Blu-ray converters with lifetime license
I bought a bunch of DVD and Blu-ray converters back in 2013 with a lifetime license, and they've been working great for me. But when I tried to move my license to a new MacBook, I got an error message. So I called customer support, and they quickly fixed the problem by giving me a new registration code. Blu-Ray Burner for Mac
This company is a total joke. I was looking for a Blu-Ray burner for my Mac, and I found their website. They confidently said their product was perfect for Mac users like me. I was excited, so I downloaded and paid for it, but it turned out it couldn't even burn Blu-Rays for Mac. How can they say it's the best for a specific task when it can't even do what they say? Frustrated, I tried to burn a Blu-Ray anyway, with no success. When I asked for a refund, they had the nerve to deny my request, saying they never advertised Blu-Ray burning for Mac. But it's right there on their website for everyone to see! Avoid this company at all costs.
Subscription for a video editing software
I wanted to give this product a shot, but it didn't work as well as they claimed. When I reached out to customer support about the issue, I never heard back from them. On top of that, they didn't even follow through on their 30-day money-back guarantee, which feels like a scam to me. They didn't even send a confirmation when I tried to cancel. My advice is to look for a different service to steer clear of getting caught in this subscription mess.

The software from that company was a total mess. It didn't work like they said it would, and the customer service was awful. Quick license transfer
The program and service are amazing. When I transferred the license to another computer, it was almost instant. The customer service was fantastic with no issues at all. The support was prompt and helpful. I highly recommend it.
Screen recording software purchase
AnyMp4 is okay for recording on your computer, but it's not great for more advanced tasks. Despite some good reviews online, it can't record Sky or MagentaTV very well - it can only capture the audio stream, and even then, only with Sky's MP3 signal. MagentaTV used to be recordable with video, but not anymore. The customer support is not very helpful, as they don't seem interested in fixing the issues or correcting misinformation. I wouldn't recommend this tool to anyone hoping to avoid disappointment. It's frustrating to see false information spreading on different websites, and even more frustrating to be ignored when trying to address it. It's all because of their focus on making a profit, which is a shame.
Registration shift due to computer upgrade
The customer service was amazing when I had to transfer my registration after upgrading my computer. The product is alright, but watching Blu-rays is a pain sometimes. At least it didn't cost an arm and a leg.
Subscription cancellation issues
I had a pretty bad experience with the automatic renewal and cancellation process at that studio. Even after I canceled my subscription, it kept renewing without even recognizing that I had canceled. Dealing with the lack of efficiency and communication in fixing this issue was really annoying. I would advise others to think twice before subscribing to their services.

On my imac 27 works sometime! really bad services. They asking for log files no more news after that.
I have loaded a demo from another software company and everything works fine now.
