Luggage
I got this awesome luggage, but the whole experience was not great. I mean, they charged my card right away when I ordered it, but then didn't even ship it for like two weeks. What's the deal with that? When I reached out to them, they took forever to reply - like three to five business days. And they only work Monday through Friday, like what about weekends? It's a retail company, and Christmas is such a busy time, why aren't they working on weekends too? Ugh! I really wish I had checked their Facebook reviews before buying from them. It's like they care more about themselves than the customers, not cool.

YouTube video downloader
I recently got a YouTube video downloader to easily save my favorite videos for watching offline. After some research, I chose a specific software. Installing it was easy and I was able to start downloading videos from different websites quickly. But, I ran into a frustrating problem where my keyboard would freeze after my computer woke up from sleep mode. This made it impossible to move around my system, so I had to restart my computer every time. I figured out that the issue was caused by the YouTube video downloader software because stopping the process in the task manager fixed it temporarily. Eventually, I uninstalled the software and my keyboard started working normally again. Even though the software had useful features, this annoying bug really affected my overall experience with the product.

Awesome platform!
It's really cool, but I think it could use more examples to help me get a better understanding. I really like the risk approach and there are plenty of templates to try out. The customer service is good, but I do think there is some room for improvement. Overall, I would say it's a top platform and definitely worth the money!
