Return process experience
Dealing with the return process was so frustrating for me. I bought some lights that ended up being way too big for my room, and when I tried to send them back, I hit a bunch of obstacles. First off, I had to pick up the phone just to kickstart the whole return process, which was a pain. And then, I had to wait a whole 3 days just to get an email with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Waiting days just to get the info you need to send something back is uncool and a big hassle.
