Birthday gift never arrived
I ordered this really cute birthday gift online, you know? But guess what? It never showed up! I mean, how annoying is that? And when I tried emailing them about it, no response at all! I guess their customer service must be on vacation or something. It's been so long that the person's almost celebrating another birthday already! Ugh, so frustrating.

Oversized sweater ordered
I got this really cute sweater from an online store and it made it all the way to the UK in just a few days. But dang, it was too big for me so I had to send it back. I used their online return service and man, it was a breeze! The delivery guy came to scoop up the package and I got my money back in about a week. I ordered a smaller size and it came without a hitch. The whole thing was so easy and chill, didn't even have to chat with customer service. Feeling pretty darn happy with how it all turned out!
