    Recent purchase was a pair of earrings

    My experience at this store was pretty good, but I do have one big issue. The earrings I got were really beautiful and I got a lot of compliments on them. But then, when I checked my receipt that they sent me by email, I noticed that I was charged more than what was on the price tag in the store. It was really frustrating and kind of disappointing because I felt like they tricked me. Lovisa should make sure to be more upfront about their pricing so customers don't feel like they're being lied to. The jewelry is nice, but the pricing mess-up is a deal-breaker for me. I won't be coming back to shop here again.

    I got my ears pierced for my 12th birthday and the girl who did it was super nice and so pretty, with really long hair. She made sure everything was clean and talked to me the whole time so I wasn't scared. It's been two weeks now and my ears are totally fine! I'm so excited to get more cute earrings from her.

    Bracelet purchase, disappointed customer

    Although the staff at the store were really nice and helpful, I gotta say I was super disappointed with the stuff I bought. I got this tennis & freshwater pearl bracelet that looked gorgeous in the store. But man, it started getting rusty after just a week of wearing it, even though I always took it off before getting it wet or doing anything active. And this isn't the first time this has happened - other jewelry I've bought from this place broke after just a few weeks, too. It's really frustrating to drop some serious cash on things that look good, only to have them fall apart so quickly. I wouldn't suggest buying anything from this store since the products just don't hold up like they should.

    Belly ring purchase

    I picked up this really cute belly ring that was supposed to be real "sterling silver," but next thing I knew, it tarnished super fast and ended up giving me an infection. Such a bummer! I had to resort to using salt water from the ocean to try and heal it. Not a fun experience at all!

Their customer service was seriously lacking, and the way they acted was just unprofessional. Even the staff didn't seem to know how to handle customers. My advice? Avoid this store if you want your rings to last. And always check those reviews before you buy anything!

    Belly piercing jewelry

    If you're thinking about getting some belly piercing jewelry, I'd say stay away from this place. The little metal piece that's supposed to keep the ball and bar connected ended up breaking on me. I spent forever trying to put the ball in the bar, and then it just snapped. What a waste of money! And now I can't even return it or swap it out. So annoying, such a frustrating situation.

    I ordered this really cute birthday gift online, you know? But guess what? It never showed up! I mean, how annoying is that? And when I tried emailing them about it, no response at all!     Faulty necklace purchase

    I bought a necklace from this place, paid in cash, and somehow lost my receipt. When I reached out to customer service, they were so rude and unhelpful, basically just saying tough luck without a receipt. The necklace had a loose gem that fell off when my daughter opened it. When I brought it back to the store, they said they would fix it, but instead, they made it even worse! Not only did they not make things right, but they also wouldn't compensate me for their mistake. As someone who supports local sellers in the UK, I am absolutely appalled by this kind of service.

    Belly ring purchase

    I recently got this amazing belly ring with stainless steel material, a big diamond on top, and a cute butterfly and star charm dangling down. At first, I was really happy with how it looked and the quality seemed great. It was super pretty and didn't cause any irritation or infections. But then, things took a turn and I was let down. The belly bar started falling apart just a month after I bought it. The charms kept coming off, and the whole thing would always fall out. Just now, I was trying to put it back on and another charm fell off. The ball on the belly bar had this weird pin-like thing that made it tough to keep in place. This belly bar wasn't cheap at £20, but it just didn't live up to its price. I wouldn't recommend buying belly bars from them again.

    Misleading sizing and inadequate packaging

    The sizes and packaging of the stuff I bought were totally off, so I ended up getting the wrong things. And to top it off, no returns or exchanges were possible, which was super annoying. I just don't get why they wouldn't accept returns if everything was still sealed up. It's basically like trying something on in a store and then putting it back on the rack unused. It just doesn't add up to me. Lovisa seriously needs to rethink their rules and ways of doing things to make sure customers are happy and treated fairly.

    Fake gold earrings

    I bought some earrings from this store and man, they were a major letdown. The website said they were real gold, but that gold coating didn't last long at all. It came off so easily, and then my ears got infected and hurt. That kind of lying is not cool and honestly, it should be against the law. People need to stay away from this store and their shady ways.

    I bought a pair of post earrings a week ago at your Frisco, TX store. The backs of both earrings are very difficult to get off the post. I ... get one of them off the post to even remove it from the packaging. Took them back hoping to exchange for a pair that "worked" since they were defective. I know there is a no return policy for earrings. Sems only fair that defective earrings would be an exception to this rule. Obviously, I didn't wear them since one never got disattached from the packaging. The clerk was able to remove them with a lot of effort. It would be very difficult to remove them once they were on your ears. She called a manager to see if I could exchange them. I was told I could not. I am definitely not going to be able to wear them. I didn't want a refund. I only wanted to exchange. Seems very unreasonable. I was disappointed with this poor customer service. I have purchased other earrings from Lovisa and been so happy with them I will not be coming back.
