    Mystery box purchase

    I ordered two mystery boxes not too long ago and was told it could take up to 4 weeks for them to arrive. But man, after waiting all that time, I had to keep bugging them for an update because they never kept me in the loop. Their replies sounded so robotic and didn't even explain why my order was late. Finally, I got this "sorry box" with stuff like laundry soap, a mesh bag, and a mask. It felt like they were just trying to make up for it without really owning up to the delay. I used to be a regular customer, but this whole situation has really soured me on their service.

    Copper rings turned to pure copper after a few months

    The rings started looking bad real fast, and when I went back to the store for a refund, the manager's attitude was just terrible. Their customer service was seriously lacking, and the way they acted was just unprofessional. Even the staff didn't seem to know how to handle customers. My advice? Avoid this store if you want your rings to last. And always check those reviews before you buy anything!

    Flight delays and lack of food options

    My recent experience with the airline totally stunk. I bought tickets for three flights with your company, and every single one was delayed during my trip. It was super annoying that the captain didn't bother to keep us in the loop about the holdups, and the fact that no one said sorry just made everything even more aggravating. On top of all that, I was super surprised to find out that the food I wanted wasn't even an option on any of the flights. This lack of professionalism and not caring about customer happiness has left me really mad about the whole shebang.

    MacBook Air with M1 chip upgrade

    At first, I was kind of bummed out by this other buyback program that only wanted to give me a small chunk of what I thought my laptop was worth. But then I discovered MacBack, and wow, what a change! The whole process was super easy - from getting an estimate to shipping out my laptop, everything was laid out clearly. The best part was being able to talk to an actual person, Heather, who walked me through everything. It really made me feel like they cared about me as a customer, not just another sale. I was pleasantly surprised when the full estimated value was in my PayPal account so fast. I definitely recommend MacBack to anyone wanting to sell their old devices!

    Overpriced shipping and return fees

    I was really bummed about how expensive the shipping and return fees were at Sundance. Like, seriously, most places only charge one way, so why can't they just do that too? It's pretty disappointing that they didn't include return shipping costs. So, yeah, I'm opting out of their mailings and definitely won't be shopping with them again.

    I just got a new pair of glasses from this place and let me tell you, they are amazing. The prescription is perfect, the frames are super stylish, and I'm getting compliments on them all the time. I'm really pleased with my buy and I'll definitely be back for more accessories down the road.
