Man, that customer support experience was terrible. The reps didn't seem to know anything about the games, took forever to get back to me with those generic responses, and were even contradicting themselves in the same conversation. Can you believe they actually told me to reset my whole PC for a bug they already knew about? It's like they're playing a cruel joke on us.
