Download content restriction
As a long-time user of this platform, I'm really disappointed with the recent decision to take away the ability to download content to my computer for watching offline. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years, so it was a real surprise to find out this option was gone. When I reached out to customer support, I didn't get much help and there were language barriers. The suggestion to buy an Apple product or only use my phone for watching wasn't a good solution. I originally signed up for this service because I could download content to my computer, so this sudden change feels like a betrayal of trust. If I can't download content to my computer anymore, I think I should get refunds for all my past purchases.
