Holy Communion jewelry
I was super impressed with my experience at that store. I had ordered Holy Communion jewelry for my daughter and, darn it, Royal Mail went and lost my order. But when I got in touch with the store, they acted quick and sent out a replacement with next day delivery. That way my daughter got her present in time for her big day. I gotta say, I really recommend this store - they've got awesome customer service and know how to fix a problem fast.

eBooks, fair treatment
I got into eBooks last year after a rough time with Amazon. I had some issues using gift certificates on their website at first. It was frustrating - sometimes it was my fault, other times it seemed like their website was glitchy. But the neat thing is, eBooks actually listened to my complaints and helped me sort it out. Not a lot of companies do that, especially in the tech world.
