Worst customer service, their website has an error with international delivery, they sent me link to deliver to Kuwait and canceled two orders cause it keeps redirecting to the UK useless no assistance whatsoever, horrible, frustrating and beyond unprofessional experience And haven’t received refunds even yet
Please allow us to provide some facts regarding your experience for anyone who might otherwise be put off shopping on our website by reading your comments.
1. You were supported on Live Chat instantly. In fact 2 people were trying to support you at the same time, the first Customer Care person asked for additional support from a colleague, as the comments from you were getting quite abusive.
2. We tried to help you place your order, not knowing that in fact, because of Customs restrictions in your country, jewellery brands are not allowed to send precious metals to Kuwait... this is why you kept being re-directed to our UK site.
3. The 2 orders that you placed, that we were unable to fulfil for the reasons above, were refunded to you instantly, absolutely immediately. It is simply untrue to say that you didn't receive your refunds.
Customer Care is very, very important to our team. We appreciate that Customers are making purchases for very special children and we do our very best to support wherever we can, as quickly and as professionally as we possibly can.
