Heart locket with engraving
Oh my gosh, I ordered this adorable heart locket for my best friend with our initials on it, but I accidentally used a lowercase "e" instead of a capital one. Then, this amazing person named Caroline from customer service emailed me right away to confirm before making it! Isn't that awesome?? I'm so excited for my BFF to receive it, she's going to adore it! This is my second time ordering from this place and it's seriously fantastic. Their products always make me so happy, and now their customer service is just as amazing!
Personalized bracelet as a birthday present
I just bought a custom bracelet for my friend's birthday and I have to say, it was amazing! The jewelry quality was top-notch and the engraving gave it that extra special touch. There was a tiny hiccup with the engraving, but the customer service team did an awesome job fixing it right away. They sent me a new bracelet super quickly, making sure I got it in time for the birthday bash. Their customer service really went above and beyond, way beyond what I expected. I totally recommend this brand for their gorgeous jewelry and awesome service.
Stunning locket purchase for daughter
I got this super pretty locket for my daughter and I was honestly shocked by how nice it is. I was a little hesitant because of some negative reviews, but I took a chance and I'm happy I did. It came super fast, in just 3 days, right before Christmas. The locket is absolutely gorgeous and I can't wait to see my daughter's reaction when she gets it. The packaging was also really nice, which made the whole buying experience even better. I'll definitely be buying from them again.
Excellent service, quick response, quality products, beautiful gift wrap
I just bought something from this company and I gotta say, I was really impressed with how they treated me! Had a little problem with my order, but their customer service folks took care of it right away. They were so quick to respond and kept me in the loop through the whole thing - I really liked that. And the stuff I bought was even better than I thought it would be, plus the gift wrap was a nice surprise. I totally recommend this company and I'll for sure be buying from them again.
Pearl heart necklace
I just got the cutest personalized pearl heart necklace for my granddaughter's first holy communion. Ordering it was a breeze and it showed up super fast the next day. Let me tell you, the quality of this necklace is top-notch - the engraving is gorgeous and the chain is nice and strong. The pendant looks just like it did on the website, and the packaging was perfect. I am beyond happy with my purchase and totally recommend this necklace to anyone looking for a special gift.
Birthstone locket purchase
I was let down by another store for a Christening gift, so I gave this place a shot and ordered a birthstone locket on a Thursday afternoon. I couldn't believe it when it showed up on Saturday morning, right before the event. The service was top-notch and the locket is gorgeous. Thanks for such a great experience!
Holy Communion jewelry
I was super impressed with my experience at that store. I had ordered Holy Communion jewelry for my daughter and, darn it, Royal Mail went and lost my order. But when I got in touch with the store, they acted quick and sent out a replacement with next day delivery. That way my daughter got her present in time for her big day. I gotta say, I really recommend this store - they've got awesome customer service and know how to fix a problem fast.
Bridesmaids gifts
I read some bad reviews, but I decided to take a chance on this company for bridesmaids gifts. I am so happy I did! The 6 silver jelly beans I bought came and they are just perfect. The jewelry is really nice quality and they were wrapped so nicely, ready to give to my bridesmaids. The customer service was amazing! They were quick, caring, and so nice to work with. I would totally suggest them to anyone in need of good jewelry.
Great customer service
My time at that store was great all thanks to Caroline's awesome customer service. She was so friendly, helpful, and really went out of her way to help me with my problem. The way she handled everything really made a positive impact on my shopping trip. I'll definitely be coming back to this store because of the amazing service Caroline provided.
Shipping issue
There was a problem with shipping, so unfortunately, we couldn't get the order out as quickly as we had hoped. We let the customer know right away about the delay and gave them a refund for the postage. Even though this little issue came up, the service overall was really good, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

I just got two bracelets from this place, but there was a mix-up with my order. Luckily, their customer service was super fast in fixing the problem. Worst customer service, their website has an error with international delivery, they sent me link to deliver to Kuwait and canceled two orders cause it keeps redirecting to the UK useless no assistance whatsoever, horrible, frustrating and beyond unprofessional experience And haven’t received refunds even yet

Please allow us to provide some facts regarding your experience for anyone who might otherwise be put off shopping on our website by reading your comments.
1. You were supported on Live Chat instantly. In fact 2 people were trying to support you at the same time, the first Customer Care person asked for additional support from a colleague, as the comments from you were getting quite abusive.
2. We tried to help you place your order, not knowing that in fact, because of Customs restrictions in your country, jewellery brands are not allowed to send precious metals to Kuwait... this is why you kept being re-directed to our UK site.
3. The 2 orders that you placed, that we were unable to fulfil for the reasons above, were refunded to you instantly, absolutely immediately. It is simply untrue to say that you didn't receive your refunds.
Customer Care is very, very important to our team. We appreciate that Customers are making purchases for very special children and we do our very best to support wherever we can, as quickly and as professionally as we possibly can.
