Customer service - Awful to Facilitate
I am an international customer, one of the first the buy Alala when they started as a company. I continue to like their products, however the customer service has no interest in facilitating a delivery in good standing to you. I placed an order over five weeks ago, they reinstated a new order, which has still not arrived after a week and my instructions were specific to receive quickly. I like the product, however if the company cannot hire staff to facilitate a purchase, I likely cannot continue with them. Has anyone else has issues in receiving international shipments?
