Five days after placing my order, the status still read "in fulfillment." I contacted customer service and requested a shipping date. I got back a response saying they had received my order and it would ship ASAP and I would have my contacts "in no time." -- Not only was this not a response to the question, but it was also clearly a lie because my order had not shipped ASAP and clearly would not be arriving "in no time." I emailed back asking for a specific shipping date. I got another non response telling me the order was in fulfillment (which I already knew from the order status page!) and that they would send tracking information as soon as it was available. After another couple of emails to try to ascertain a shipping timeframe, I asked that my order be canceled. That email got an immediate response (unlike the delayed response to all the others) stating they couldn't cancel the order because it had already been transferred to their "third-party shipper" and that they would forward me a tracking number as soon as it became available. Funny that there was no information about my order until I wanted to cancel -- and a day later I still don't have a tracking number and the order status still reads "in fulfillment."
