    Oh my gosh, I've been getting my contacts from them since 2019 and it's been awesome! I know there are some negative reviews out there, but I've actually spent over $800 on contacts with them. They always make sure my prescription is correct and today when I needed to cancel my subscription, it was a breeze. I hopped on their live chat and just like that, canceled in no time. It was so simple and quick!

    5 years of consistent awesomeness

    ContactsCart has been my top choice for 5 years now and let me tell you, they are fantastic! I swear by their one-a-day contacts because they are high-quality and priced just right. On top of that, they always remind me when it's time for my next shipment and it's so easy to push it back or skip a delivery. And let me tell you, when my order ships, it gets to me super fast! All in all, they're amazing and I can't recommend them enough.

    I just bought some trial contacts, but they were super uncomfortable. I thought I canceled the order, but somehow I got charged for a 90-day supply four months later. When I called customer service right away in the morning, they were amazing. The agent was able to contact the warehouse and cancel and refund my order without a problem. They even canceled my membership to avoid any more charges in the future. I was really impressed with how fast and helpful their customer service was.

    Contact lenses at a better price

    I just bought some contact lenses from this company and I gotta say, I was super happy with the service. Found the lenses I needed for a better price than at the eye doctor's. The prescription verification was fast and easy, didn't have to wait long at all. And the delivery was speedy too, got my lenses just three days after verifying my prescription. All in all, I'm really satisfied with how everything went down and I'll definitely be telling my friends about this company.

    My experience with ContactsCart since February of 2020 has been great! About two years ago I moved and my order got lost in transit to me from my previous address and once I let customer service know they sent me a new order free of charge. They did check with my eye doctor to make sure the prescription is from a real eye doctor, I know it has to be renewed every year. Honestly, I like that I don’t have to go see the eye doctor yearly because it always cost so much and if I feel like I need a different prescription then I can go. I know some people say it’s not legal, but why force people to go yearly if not needed. I can order a box of 30 day supply for $35 or 90 day for $70 and that’s the cheapest I’ve found them, it doesn’t take long for me to receive them either only 3/4 days. I have never received out of date contacts or had any issues with mine. If I email I get a response in about 48 hours. I’m definitely a long term customer and would recommend ContactsCart.

    Somehow, HUBBLE and ContactsCart got my account and my co-worker's account mixed up. I cancelled my account two years ago and I mysteriously received contacts from ContactsCart a few days ago that I did not order. My Co-worker was waiting for her contacts so we talked about our ordeals. She called HUBBLE to check on her order, somehow they were sending it o MY address. The rep gave her all of my info, address, email, phone number and my prescription info. BLATANT IMCOMPETENCE! We still do not know how they got our accounts mixed up/tied together.

    On 6/30/2021 I order contacts with a prescription that would expire on 7/14/2021. I made sure to unselect the auto refill subscription box. How can you refill an expired med? On 12/27/2021 $159.82 was taken from my account. I have emailed and called several times and have not been able to talk to someone. Each time I call the call is dropped while on hold or before I can explain. I have attempted to login but it say that I do not have an account.

    If there was a way to give a negative star I would.

    Long story short I had been getting a ton of ads from instagram to try them so I did and opted to try out the 90 day supply of contacts since it would save money. Worst decision ever. Not being a vision expert I didnt realize that BC/Power have to be 100% accurate or you risk the lenses not fitting at all. They didnt have any contacts with my BC/Power so I chose the ones with the BC/Power closest to it (1 number off).

    They didnt fit which means I obviously had to open the box to discover this. When I messaged them to try to send them back they said they couldnt take them back because the box was open. Counterintuitive to say the least. One cant happen without the other. After them sending me to various same leveled customer service reps, I repeatedly was told I cant be refunded despite none of the other boxes being opened. They also were unable to replace them with contacts that fit because for some reason, despite being a Contact company, they dont have my specific BC/Power. This is absolutely fraud. You can't issue out contacts and if they have a defect or don't fit the customer properly not allow them to return them or give any other option to rectify this.

    They say they're "Dedicated to helping the world see clearly." This is a complete lie bc if you make the fatal mistake of trying on a pair of contacts that dont fit you're .... There's also no way to talk to managers bc apparently they can only be reached via their computer messaging system so you're stuck having to talk to non-empathetic csr's that could care less about your happiness and satisfaction as a customer. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

    Nothing good to say.... they sent the wrong prescription and are trying to make me jump thru hoops to get the right ones. I will never order from them again

    They also sent me the incorrect prescription. They passed me to 5 different representatives trying to avoid refunding my money. DO NOT USE AND LET YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS BEWARE

    Five days after placing my order, the status still read "in fulfillment." I contacted customer service and requested a shipping date. I got back a response saying they had received my order and it would ship ASAP and I would have my contacts "in no time." -- Not only was this not a response to the question, but it was also clearly a lie because my order had not shipped ASAP and clearly would not be arriving "in no time." I emailed back asking for a specific shipping date. I got another non response telling me the order was in fulfillment (which I already knew from the order status page!) and that they would send tracking information as soon as it was available. After another couple of emails to try to ascertain a shipping timeframe, I asked that my order be canceled. That email got an immediate response (unlike the delayed response to all the others) stating they couldn't cancel the order because it had already been transferred to their "third-party shipper" and that they would forward me a tracking number as soon as it became available. Funny that there was no information about my order until I wanted to cancel -- and a day later I still don't have a tracking number and the order status still reads "in fulfillment."

    Do not order from here. They sent me a box of contacts that was the wrong prescription. I paid for them and they wouldn't exchange them. I've had the same script for 20years so I know what to order. I told them that it's their responsibility to verify my script before sending an order. I wasted $80 on one box.     The craziest shopping experience of my life. An absolute scam.

    This is the craziest shopping experience I've ever had.

    I ordered contacts, everything seemed fine. Then I received a charge for $123 (my initial purchase was about $80). I'd been enrolled into a subscription for contacts that weren't even my prescription, and they were on the way. I reached out to them asking why they'd been sent to me, why I'd been charged, and when I would receive a refund.

    They told me to send the contacts back, and they'd send a return label. They never sent a return label. I've followed up three times. So that's $123 I'm out for a product I can't even use, didn't order, and don't need. They won't do anything about it. I'm also auto-enrolled for this prescription that isn't mine and can't have been verified with my doctor.

    Then, I received the contacts that I'd actually ordered. I only received one eye's worth of contacts. I reached out to them again with photos and evidence, and they refuse to acknowledge that anything is wrong. They refuse to send me the other contacts! So that's another $86 I'm out.

    THEN, there was a random charge for $56. For absolutely nothing. They did refund that charge, but only after I reached out.

    So I've been charged a total of $259 dollars, and I have zero contacts I can use. And they refuse to refund a dime.

    This is a shady contact lens company that is illegally selling expired contacts. Needs to be reported to the American Optometric Association so it can be shut down. They do not care for the health of people's eyes. All they care about is making money. They will not give you the service they say they will on their website. Go to a reputable company such as 1800contacts, or your actual optometrists. Your eyes will thank you.

    The company has a "100% Happiness Guarantee" policy. Well, I wasn't happy when they sent me contacts that were 15 months old. I told them that I wanted a replacement with newer contacts. Instead of honoring their policy and making me happy, they responded by saying that they won't replace the contacts and that I can reach out to them after if the contacts cause my eyes harm. So, essentially, the company wants me to use the contact first, risk having them damage my eyes first, and then, if they do cause harm, they will address the situation. I want to prevent damage by getting new contacts rather than address the damage once it is done. The company does not honor their policy, so be careful doing business with them.
