    This place is just not worth it. I ordered my contact lenses and ended up waiting for over a month because they didn't bother to tell me there was an issue. Can you believe that? And their customer service is a mess - terrible communication and follow up. It's just not right, you know? I definitely won't be returning here, that's for certain.

    I recently bought something from Contacts Cart and ended up getting signed up for their subscription service without realizing it. I was annoyed and felt like I was tricked. When I tried to log into their website with the email address they had on file, I had trouble and had to contact customer service to finally cancel the subscription. The whole subscription sign-up process was confusing and not clear at all. The login page definitely needs some fixing to make things easier for customers. It feels like these problems are on purpose, which is worrying.

    First-time purchase discount

    As a new customer, I was drawn in by the great discount Contacts Cart was offering. But, I was really let down when I found out I couldn't cancel my order online. Having to call a phone number just to cancel seems pretty outdated in this day and age. It feels like they're trying to make it tough for customers to cancel, hoping they'll forget and keep getting charged. It's annoying to see them care more about keeping customers than making it easy for them. My whole experience was frustrating, and it looks like getting a refund is a pain too, based on what other people are saying. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

    I recently had a pretty bad experience with this company that sells contact lenses. I felt like their sales tactics were really unfair. They lure you in with cheap first orders and then sign you up for future orders without your consent, making it super hard to cancel. And get this, they said there was no email linked to my account, even though they were still emailing me. It seemed like they were just trying to scam me out of more money. It also bothered me that they sent me contact lenses without checking if I needed a new prescription. That's not safe at all. I had to jump through hoops to get to their website, figure out where to go, and chat with their customer service - who kept trying to suspend my account instead of canceling it. The whole thing left me feeling frustrated and like they were taking advantage of me.

    I can't believe how bold this company is. I saw a bunch of complaints about how sketchy they are, but I still decided to try them out. What a huge mistake that was. Like so many others, they charged me too much for my contacts, didn't give me a receipt or email, and made it so hard to get a return label. It took forever to fix the problem, and I am so disappointed by how they refuse to take responsibility. On top of all that, the contacts were terrible quality - they were so uncomfortable, I could barely wear them for a few hours. Stay away from this company no matter what.

    I'm so frustrated with this company's lack of customer service and communication. I've tried reaching out multiple times about my refund, but I haven't heard anything back. I even asked to speak with a supervisor, but still nothing. It's just not right for a company to ignore customers, especially when it involves something as important as eyesight. I ended up having to file a complaint with the BBB to hopefully get some help.

    Ordered contacts, received unexpected additional shipment

    I ordered some contacts and got the first batch with no problem. But then my eye doctor said my prescription had expired, so I reached out to Contacts Cart to stop any more shipments. Even so, I got another box of contacts a month later. I tried canceling once more but it didn't work. Now I'm asking for a refund for the third time and I expect them to cover any overdraft fees that might pop up.

    I was so frustrated with my experience at that place. I gave them my contact lens prescription, but then they told me later that they wouldn't accept it because they couldn't reach my eye doctor fast enough.     Delayed Auto Ship Address Error

    I've been a loyal customer of this company for a while now, using their auto-ship feature to make sure I always have new contact lenses. But, my recent experience has left me feeling really frustrated. Somehow, they messed up my city in the address, which caused a whole week delay in getting my contacts. Even after I complained multiple times and explained how urgently I needed the lenses, all they gave me was a vague promise that the package was coming. The customer service team didn't seem to care much and didn't take responsibility for the mistake. Now I'm stuck without any lenses and no compensation for their error. This kind of service is not okay with me, and it's making me doubt if I should buy from them again in the future.

    Subscription order misunderstanding

    So, I didn't realize it at the time, but I accidentally signed up for a subscription service when I made a purchase. It wasn't very clear during checkout that I was actually signing up for a recurring order. I only figured it out when the second order showed up in my mailbox without any heads up via email. Trying to cancel the subscription was a real pain too because I couldn't do it online without a login password. I had to call and talk to someone to cancel, which was fine, but getting my info removed from their system was a whole other story. The link they gave me for their privacy policy to delete my data didn't even work, so I had to keep emailing them multiple times to finally get it done. All in all, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and hassle of canceling make me think twice about buying from them again.

They always make sure my prescription is correct and today when I needed to cancel my subscription, it was a breeze. I hopped on their live chat and just like that, canceled in no time. It was so simple and quick!

    I ordered from Contacts Cart two weeks ago when they had a promotion going on, but my order still hasn't been shipped. When I contact customer service, they just keep telling me my order is being processed with no clear idea of when it will actually ship. I wish I had read some reviews before buying from this company. If my order isn't sent out by the end of this week, I'm definitely going to dispute the charge with my bank and cancel my subscription.     5 years of consistent awesomeness

    ContactsCart has been my top choice for 5 years now and let me tell you, they are fantastic! I swear by their one-a-day contacts because they are high-quality and priced just right. On top of that, they always remind me when it's time for my next shipment and it's so easy to push it back or skip a delivery. And let me tell you, when my order ships, it gets to me super fast! All in all, they're amazing and I can't recommend them enough.

    I bought some contact lenses from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, my experience has been pretty disappointing. I placed my order about 15 days ago and got an email saying my shipment was on its way with a USPS tracking number. But to my surprise, the company decided to use DHL to USPS standard select lightweight for shipping, which is basically the slowest and cheapest option out there. It was a bummer because I was hoping for a quicker delivery. All in all, I'm really not happy with the service and I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

    I just bought some contact lenses from this company and I gotta say, I was super happy with the service. Found the lenses I needed for a better price than at the eye doctor's.
