Coffee maker order
I ordered a coffee maker a week ago and haven't heard anything about it being shipped yet. I emailed the company like they said on their site, but no one has gotten back to me. Their customer service is totally unacceptable. It's no wonder more folks go with Amazon instead.

Contacts since 2019
Oh my gosh, I've been getting my contacts from them since 2019 and it's been awesome! I know there are some negative reviews out there, but I've actually spent over $800 on contacts with them. They always make sure my prescription is correct and today when I needed to cancel my subscription, it was a breeze. I hopped on their live chat and just like that, canceled in no time. It was so simple and quick!

Address change
I had to change my order address from the billing one, but I couldn't do it while placing the order. It would have been easier if they let me make this change before I finished buying. However, to my surprise, my order still made it to the right address eventually. I didn't get any emails confirming the address change, which would have been reassuring as I waited. I'm satisfied with how it turned out, but the lack of communication and the inability to change the address during the order process were a bit annoying.

Vocabulary Workbooks
The vocabulary workbooks from this company have really helped my daughter a lot in her learning. They're not just interesting and enjoyable, but they also explain difficult ideas in a way that she really gets. The extra stuff like card games, dictionary, and word of the day have been super useful in helping her grow her vocabulary and grammar talents. We've tried out a few things from this brand, and we're super happy with how it's going. The only bummer is that not all the workbooks come in paperback, which would have been easier for us.
