Parcel Delivery Issue
I was pretty bummed about my recent parcel situation with this company. They sent me an email saying they tried to deliver but couldn't, so I had to go get it myself. That's not how things usually work in England. Normally, the postman leaves a note if you're not home, but that didn't happen this time. It was really annoying and seemed pretty unprofessional to me.
