    Mug for daughter

    I recently bought a mug for my daughter from this company. Unfortunately, it was my second try to get the mug because the first one got lost due to their mistake. I had to keep contacting their customer service because they weren't replying to my emails quickly. When they finally got back to me, it was just a generic response that didn't address my issues. They said they would refund me for the lost mug, but I still had to go through the trouble of ordering it again since they couldn't send me a replacement. I was disappointed that they didn't offer any kind of compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, I hope the mug itself is better quality than their customer service.
