Trying to send an ACH internationally. A year ago I would have sung the praises of OFX, but they have a new platform and you can't get anything done. I have called 4 times today and the system keeps hanging up on me. You can't just ask a question. You have to wait for your rep to call you back and if they don't know the answer, you wait again. Twice today the system has interrupted my hold to ask for my feedback. I gave a 1 of our 9 twice and then it says thank you and hangs up. Very annoying to do business with this company now.
