I needed this certificate for a new role—so yeah, kinda stressed. The site said the cert would be available in 48 hours, but after the two days I was still staring at an empty Downloads page. I messaged support and got Henry Austin. He was calm, quick, and actually listened—rare these days. He walked me through some steps, checked the backend or whatever, and kept me updated until the certificate finally appeared. Also, the email took ages. Not flawless — the wait was annoying and the UI could be clearer — but Henry’s handling made the whole thing tolerable. Would use again, just not in a rush.
Saved my first shift
totally worth it. I dove in, I mean, after a colleague tipped me about the course when I landed a job using those lympha press trousers. I started half-confused about the lymph system, but this course broke things down, stayed reliable and didn't overcomplicate stuff. I appreciated that I can pop back later to refresh — saved me a couple awkward moments on shift. Happy it delivered, and honestly, pretty relieved.
