I'm cautiously optimistic about AgelessRx's concept, but for me the execution fell short — so I'd be careful. I needed refills for tramadol for chronic back pain, and the first order went through fine. Signup and ordering were OK, and the price wasn't bad. Then odd stuff happened: an unexplained charge hit my card and it took a week to get an answer. I asked a medical question and waited another week. When I tried updating my card to place a refill, the site errored and I ran out of meds. They promised to expedite several times but the orders didn't arrive on time. Every request for a simple script refill bounced me around to half a dozen reps — lots of apologies, no real fixes. I even had my practitioner try to help, which did a little, but the issues seemed systemic. So yeah, I liked parts of the process and I'm still hopeful they can improve, but the slow service and delivery made it unreliable for me. If they tightened customer support and fixed the site, I'd probably give them another shot — I'm rooting for them, honestly. Use with caution.
Delivery headaches, sketchy service — handle with care
I signed up because my lower back has been acting up and I needed a steady prescription delivered — convenience was the whole point. What followed felt like a slow-motion mess. Two shipments failed to arrive and, oddly, one was even rerouted with a different address attached (I never asked for that, never approved it). That was my first red flag. Customer support was... not helpful in real time. I sent messages and basically waited 48–72 hours for an answer, which is annoying when you’re trying to track down a medication. There was one late-night call where they left a voicemail saying I couldn’t call back because it was after hours — so what was the point of calling then? It felt like a checkbox exercise rather than actual help. They also claimed, in response to a public review, that they tried to reach me at my preferred times — that didn’t match my experience. I got the packages only because I chased things down myself and leaned on neighbors and local pickup spots, not because they resolved anything. The discount they offered as a make-good was small; it was something like $75 off, which sounds fine until you realize new members were already getting $50 and the total didn’t really compensate for the time and hassle. At one point someone from their partner pharmacy apparently changed the shipping address without consent — that borders on fraudulent behavior to me. After the second failure I stopped wasting time and switched to another provider who had lower prices and a proper customer-focused approach. That change felt like night and day; they even had a manager who lived nearby and seemed to actually care. So, would I recommend sticking with this company? Not unless you don’t mind autopay and potentially slow, unhelpful service. I’m mildly relieved I found an alternative; slightly skeptical at first, but ultimately satisfied that I moved on. Still, beware and double-check everything if you try them.
Took a chance, glad I did
the constant food noise fades. I still think about snacks after 7, sure, but I don’t find myself wandering into the kitchen on autopilot anymore. Breakfast, a small afternoon nibble sometimes, and a sensible dinner — that's been my rhythm. I can buy a single-serve treat instead of demolishing a whole bag, and that’s a small win that turned into bigger wins. Would I recommend? If you’re on the fence like I was, read a few reviews, talk to the doc, and maybe try it. I’m relieved and pretty happy it worked out; I expected more headaches and got, well, a tidy solution instead. Not perfect, but definitely worth trying for me.
Finally sorted, kind of
I kept getting automated notes saying I'm "allergic" to the medication (which I'm not), even after I sent a clear photo of my current prescription. They charged my card and the messages repeated, and I was this close to cancelling. After a handful of messages and one person who actually read my file, they fixed the order, refunded the extra fee, and the package showed up. The meds work like they always have and that was a huge relief — mornings are easier. Not a smooth ride, but it ended up doing what I needed, so I'm glad I stuck with it.
