Not worth it right now. I had to say that first. The ARK server I rented with two friends was constantly lagging. We were three people, nothing crazy, but the rubber-banding and random spikes killed our progress more than once. Game runs fine on our PCs. The host's performance didn't. Saves corrupted? Not sure, but we lost hours because of sudden deaths and teleporting mobs. It felt amateur. I get that hosting is hard, but if you offer multiple game servers, at least optimize them. Or be honest and only sell what you can handle. I'd try again if they fixed it, but for now I'm done, sadly.
