USPS showed “delivered to an individual” at the address they gave me. So I was baffled when customer service emailed that they never received it. Lots of back and forth, lots of “we’re checking,” which is annoying, but weirdly one person actually called and sounded human — brief apology and a promise to escalate. That little human moment made me breathe easier, otherwise it felt like a runaround. Still, the process was clunky and trust was dented. Would be nicer if returns were simpler and, honestly, slow
Missing the note
I sent a gift last week and it arrived when expected. The site was easy enough to use, checkout quick. But I couldn't find any option to include a card when shipping straight to the recipient. So they got a box, no idea who it was from. I tried chat but couldn't wait around for 15-plus minutes during my workday. Left a voicemail and emailed. The response showed up only after the package had shipped, basically saying nothing could be done. Support felt non-existent. On the bright side the item itself seems fine and delivery was timely. Kind of glad it worked out, but the support process needs fixing.
