    Westbury Bracket Mounting Template

    On October 23, 2023, I ordered a Westbury Bracket Mounting Template from BuyMBS.com to make installing handrails on my deck easier. The product arrived on October 26, but unfortunately, it did not work as expected. The bottom rail support bracket was too low on the post and the post bottom cover could not be installed.

    When I called BuyMBS.com on Monday, October 30, 2023, at around 10:55 a.m. the customer representative I spoke with was extremely unhelpful and unsympathetic. Despite my request to speak with a manager or supervisor, I was told that neither were available. I was also informed that there was no guarantee that I would receive a callback and I never did.

    As a dissatisfied customer, I expected to hear from a manager and receive a prompt resolution to my issue... but I never heard from anyone. I will not be a returning customer. It's important to treat customers with respect and professionalism.

    7 pairs board and batten shutters

    Ordered 7 pairs of board and batten shutters in grey. The order was split into 2 orders by the company. 1 order of 4 and 1 order of 3. They both arrived on the same day, 4 grey and 3 white! I called to report the shipping error. We were asked to send pictures of the label on the box. You agreed that they were the wrong color. I asked for a credit for the delay in receiving the correct shutters and was told it had to be approved by a manager. I asked about a credit in 3 different conversations each time to be told a different answer. You did ship out the correct color and i received them a week later. We also had to leave the incorrect shutters out for UPS to pick them up. Not a good idea for a company to ask a buyer to leave a product out in the open without a scheduled pick up time. Today I was told no further credit could be given because you shipped the correct shutters. Not sure what has happened to customer service these days. A little extra goes along way.

    The directions for hanging these are ridiculous..

    Do yourself a favor and order your shutters from another company.
