This place is a complete rip-off. They took my membership payment and then tried to get me to do a background check for a job offer that didn't even exist! Before I knew it, they were using my card info to steal over £200, and they were trying to take even more. I reported them for fraud and now they're being looked into. I'm also reporting them to companies house and the ombudsman service with all the proof I have. It's just terrible how they're preying on vulnerable folks like that.
Searching for care providers
I was searching for someone to take care of my pet and came across this place with a bunch of options. It was great to have so many choices, but it was a bummer that some of them took so long to respond. Luckily, I found someone who was really nice and helpful, which made up for the wait.
Membership cancellation
I canceled my membership more than a month ago, but I've still been getting charged for the next 3 months even though I haven't used any services. I've reached out to customer service a few times to try to fix this, but I haven't gotten a good solution yet. It's been really annoying and disappointing dealing with the lack of communication and slow response to billing mistakes.
Dog training session
I just had a training session for my hyper little dogs with Keri, and she was fantastic! She really took the time to relax them and earn their trust, which is no small feat with my pups. Her patience and kindness really impressed me, and I can already see a big change in their behavior.
Membership subscription
The whole thing is a total scam. They make you sign up for a subscription just to check out your messages, which are all ads and not even relevant. I tried to get my money back after just an hour of using it, but they wouldn't help me out at all. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this service.
Childcare services
I've been using this platform for a while now to find good childcare services for my kids. I like how easy it is to use and all the different choices I have. But, one thing that really bugs me is how long it takes for the caregivers to get back to me. Sometimes I feel like I'm waiting forever, and that's not great when you need help quickly. It would be so much better if they had a set time they had to respond by, like a week. Even with this problem, I still think the platform is helpful.
Canceling membership issue
Man, Care.com is the worst! They keep charging me for a membership I don't even want. How rude is that? I've been trying to cancel it, but every time I try, it kicks me out of my account. So sketchy! And to top it off, they make it really difficult to find the cancel option. Are they trying to make us pay forever? Not cool, Care!
IT/OT professional seeking job matches
As someone who works in IT/OT and has experience with building web applications, I gotta say, Care is super user-friendly and helpful for finding job matches that fit specific requirements. It was easy for me to navigate the website and search for jobs that aligned with my skills and background. I definitely think this site would be beneficial for my colleagues who are also on the lookout for job opportunities in IT/OT.
Training appointment
I was super pumped to start training with this person I met, but they ended up being a no-show! I was really hoping they were gonna be the one to guide me through mastering new skills, but it turns out they bailed on me. I gotta admit, I was let down and pretty ticked off because I was seriously looking forward to it. I just wish they would've been straight up with me if they couldn't make it instead of leaving me in the lurch.
Perfect services
I had to go for meetings and sometimes it takes so much of my time. I live alone and i have my dog with me. So i got nobody who can take care of him. Care helped me to look for a petcare so i can work without worrying about my dog. Not just that the person i met and who is currently taking care of my pet is an amazing person. Also he is friendly and really trustworthy so far
i like the services and its good to have such helps . I honestly very thankful for taking care of my dog like that, it helped me a lot in focusing on my work
